Green fingers at Byron House

Byron House residents have had a fantastic few months of growing their own vegetables and have spent the past week picking and eating their lovely produce. Due to their TLC and the beautiful weather we have had recently, they have had a wonderful crop this year that includes Peppers, Beetroot, Lettuce and Runner Beans to name a few.

Home Manager Hope and Chef Ajith helped to pick the vegetables and Ajith has made some delicious meals using them, including a lovely Carrot soup.

We are really proud of  everyone at Byron House for taking such pride in their garden and producing fresh and nutritious food for all to enjoy. It really is a wonderful joint effort and brings everyone in the home together.
