Hampden Hall is a wonderful care home that truly respects its residents and goes the extra mile. The staff are outstanding - every one of them - they work together to support their residents' needs like one big family. During my brother's stay at the home from June 2019 to August 2020 he was extremely well cared for and nothing was too much trouble. I was really pleased I moved him to Hampden Hall. The way they handled the pandemic under such extreme circumstances should also be commended. They locked down and took extra precautions long before the rest of the country to protect their residents and staff and quickly adapted to ensure residents could video call family members to stay connected. When restrictions were eased they arranged visits outside under a gazebo. To be this adaptable so quickly and professionally is a mark of how passionate they are about their residents and I would not hesitate to recommend Hampden Hall to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one.Gilly S. Sister of Resident, Hampden Hall

I am very happy with Hampden Hall home. My mother is getting extremely good care and she seems very happy. I am always phoned if there is a problem and I always get very good service from reception when answering my phone calls and given help. The lady on reception has a really good attitude and very friendly and helpful. The carers and nurses on the ground floor are excellent.Philip. Son of Resident, Hampden Hall

Dad arrived just before the covid lockdown. The staff have been brilliant looking after the residents and keeping them safe and occupied. They keep us up to date with any issues. Keep up the brilliant work; you are all superstars. Thank you.Dawn. Daughter of Resident, Hampden Hall

The standard of care in this home is exemplary. The staff give 110% at all times. They are patient, caring, understanding, kind and sensitive to my father's needs. I cannot imagine how this could be improved. I would recommend Byron House to anyone. With all the bad press around regarding nursing care this home is a shining example of how wrong this is. They are first class. Relative of Byron House resident
