The home is welcoming, bright and airy. All newly decorated with attractive and purposeful displays on the walls. Furniture new and clean and environment pleasant without any odours. The staff are without a doubt dedicated, caring and giving, above a good standard. They made a big difference socially to my father, as he was bedbound and would rely on company visiting his room. The standard of nursing care at the home made my fathers last 18 months as comfortable and happy as possible. The family would like to Thank you all! Daughter of Byron House resident

As somebody who is very close with her Grandma and values her independence and dignity, knowing she is safe and happy at Byron House is the best I could have hoped for.  I waited over two years to get my dad into Byron House Care Home. It was the only home we visited that both myself and sister could see our dad settling into. It's very clean but still looks inviting and the staff are wonderful, they never talk down to my dad, they listen and explain what they are doing.Daughter of Resident | Byron House Care Home (Carehome.co.uk)
