Having worked in the Health and Social Care field for 30 years in a variety of roles and environments, Nancy has had the platform to develop Westgate House in to a home that has a CQC ‘Good’ rating along with a fantastic staff team who support each other in making Westgate House an enjoyable place to live and work.
