The care and compassion shown to my father was wonderful. The staff were friendly and caring to all of us. We felt that we received end of life care as a family. The food was individual to my father's needs. The cleanliness of the building was of a high standard. The visiting doctor was very kind and caring. We cannot praise this care/nursing home highly enough. Son of Westgate House resident

I found the care given here first class. The staff were very kind and attentive at all times, nothing is too much trouble. No problems at all though they were very busy and the attention was available as soon as possible. Accommodation good, cleanliness maintained. Rehab activities and exercises very good. A reassuring experience. Resident of Westgate House

During my stay at Westgate House Care Centre. I have been looked after extremely well the staff are so caring and kind to everybody and nothing is too much bother for them and their cheerfulness helps to keep up the spirits of the patients. Physiotherapy and occupational therapy is excellent and have helped to get me independent. Resident of Westgate House
