Maria, April’s Star of the Month!

At Westgate Healthcare, we made a decisive decision to show our staff gratitude in recognition of our teams’ loyalty and dedication in supporting the running of our homes and showing remarkable team spirit amidst the global pandemic.

Maria Fagen, Training Manager, was gifted a bottle of prosecco and flowers after being announced as April’s ‘Star of the Month’.

Her incredible work ethic was demonstrated when Maria temporarily filled the role of Care Home Manager for one of our residential homes. Maria is known for her kind, bubbly and energetic persona and has made a great impression on our team as our Training Manager. Maria also brings a wealth of knowledge, as she has worked in the healthcare sector for many years.

Handpicked by her peers to win April’s ‘Star of the Month’, Maria’s shown incredible devotion and care towards her various roles; she is a very worthy winner and an invaluable member of the Westgate Healthcare team!
