The Activity Teams from across the Westgate Healthcare group have attended an Oomph! Active Workshop that will help to encourage residents to be more active in fun and engaging daily activities.
Lucie Baker, Head of Activities at Hampden Hall, said: “The workshop that was hosted by Chelsea was really fun! It was a great team building exercise and it’s inspired us all to build active exercises into our weekly activity schedule.”
