From the time you walk in, Burford House creates a warm welcome, always with a smile on the front desk and in the office to the left. All the staff are fantastic, caring and kind to my mother and father, who visits daily. Nothing is a problem, they are all willing to help regarding any issues or requests. All I can say is this care home is outstanding in every manner and I am truly blessed it's on our doorstep. Son of Resident

Burford House Care Home is a lovely place. The environment is very welcoming and the staff are so caring, kind and compassionate at what is a very difficult time for my family. We are very grateful for the support - not only for our parents but for us too.Daughter of resident.

My father has not long been in Burford House but from the first moment of his arrival all staff have gone above and beyond expectations. Dad has settled in so well and this is down to the care and friendly manner of the staff. The staff make all family members feel so comfortable and at home. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place for our father at this most stressful time in our lives.Daughter of Resident - Burford House Care Home (Carehome.co.uk)
