Westgate Healthcare, is delighted to announce its participation in Care Home Open Week 2024, taking place from Monday 24^th June to Sunday 30^th June. This national event is designed to promote the care sector, showcase the excellent services provided by care homes across the country, and foster connections between care homes and their local communities.

During Care Home Open Week, several of our homes will open their doors to the public, offering a unique opportunity for visitors to experience first-hand the warm and welcoming environment our residents enjoy. The week will be filled with a variety of activities and events aimed at engaging visitors, residents, and team members.

Event Highlights:

• Guided Tours: Tours of our state-of-the-art facilities, allowing visitors to see our amenities and meet our dedicated team of caregivers.
• Resident Showcases: Enjoy performances, art exhibitions, and other showcases, experiencing first-hand what life is like in our homes.
• Interactive Talks: Informative sessions on care funding, wills and other related topics.

Care Home Open Week is an initiative supported by Championing Social Care • Shining a light on the social care sector, highlighting the positive experiences of those living and working in them. It also provides a platform to celebrate the dedication and hard work of care home team members.
