At Westgate Healthcare, we came together across all our homes and Head Office for a special morning in support of Dementia UK’s Time for a Cuppa, a meaningful initiative that raises vital funds and awareness for families affected by dementia. With delicious bakes, homemade treats, and plenty of tea, it was a lovely opportunity to connect, reflect, and show our support for a cause that touches many lives.
Dementia is a part of daily life for many of our residents, and we see every day how important compassionate, specialist support is for those living with the condition and their loved ones. That’s why the work of Dementia UK is so close to our hearts.
During the morning, our teams and residents enjoyed tea parties and coffee mornings, shared stories, and even added some fun with handmade decorations and light-hearted competitions. It was more than just tea and cake, it was a moment to come together in support of something truly important.
Thanks to the generosity of those who took part, we raised meaningful contributions to help fund the charity’s ongoing mission. Every cup poured and conversation shared helped to make a difference.
