PredicAire: Transforming Digital Care Management

Recently, Meadowhill Care Home in Borehamwood and Burford House Care Home in Chorleywood took part in the Empowering PredicAire Champions Masterclass. Before the training, teams were set two creative tasks to prepare for Champion Day:

  • Design the next feature: Staff were asked to put themselves in the shoes of a developer. They designed new feature ideas individually or in teams and presented them in a fun, practical way during Champion Day.
  • Showcase your favourite feature: Staff explored an existing feature or workflow, created a short presentation showing exactly how to use it, and shared helpful tips and shortcuts with colleagues.

Team Feedback from the Masterclass

During the training, staff praised PredicAire for making care planning and documentation faster, easier, and more insightful. Key feedback included:
