Team at Westgate Healthcare welcome ‘Westgate Wellness’ scheme

Westgate Healthcare introduce a new staff wellness scheme to recognise the hard work and dedication of the entire team. 

Westgate Healthcare, a family-owned and run care group with eight care homes across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex, has launched a new initiative to celebrate the staff working across the homes by introducing the ‘Westgate Wellness’ scheme.

The new wellness scheme is part of the employment benefits currently being offered by Westgate Healthcare, and these also include: staff funds for personal celebrations, themed events like pizza and curry parties, exercise classes, long service awards, ‘Refer a Friend’ rewards, excellent induction and training, support in achieving additional qualifications, childcare vouchers, Perkz discount scheme, and a work buddy for the first 6 months to make sure new starters are welcomed with open arms.
