Tea party at Hertford Regional College

Residents of Westgate House were recently invited to a summer tea party held by the Health & Social care students of Hertford Regional college. The students wanted to thank Westgate House for their support over the past year and put on a fantastic day for everyone.

There were many activities to enjoy including a treasure hunt, dancing competitions, face painting, biscuit & cake making and mini pamper sessions. Our residents absolutely loved spending time and having fun with the young people and have already been invited back for next years party – model guests!

Westgate House is a prominent and active part of the local community in Ware and we find that engaging with local schools and colleges is especially beneficial to all involved.
