St Pauls Care Centre hosts fundraising quiz for Alzheimer’s Society

St Pauls Care Centre proudly hosted an exciting and engaging fundraising event in support of the Alzheimer’s Society on Saturday 18th May. Members of the local community, joined staff members and residents for their first ever Fundraising Quiz Night, aimed at raising crucial funds for dementia research and support services.

This fun-filled evening challenged participants with a variety of questions across multiple categories, from general knowledge and history to entertainment and sports.

Lucie Wright, Head of Activities said:

“We were delighted to host this fundraising quiz for the Alzheimer’s Society. This event not only brings joy and excitement to our residents and their families but also plays a vital role in supporting the crucial work of the Alzheimer’s Society. Thank you to all that attended, we raised a significant amount of money and are pleased to continue supporting this valuable cause.”

The evening was a great success, with lots of laughter and positivity.

One participant said “Well done to all the team who organised and ran this, myself and my team had an amazing time. The hospitality was on point and made everyone enjoy from start to finish, we look forward to future events.”
