Emilia expressed her profound sense of fulfilment in returning to Westgate Healthcare as Kingfisher Nursing Home Manager in January 2024, citing the strong sense of community and purpose that drew her back. “While my time away allowed me to explore different facets of the care profession, it also reaffirmed my deep-rooted connection to the compassionate team at Westgate Healthcare. I feel supported and believe I can progress and achieve wonderful things alongside the incredible dedicated team. I am proud to be surrounded by such wonderful people and there is great morale amongst the staff which makes coming to work each day enjoyable!”
