New incentives at St Pauls
This week we launched two new Westgate incentives at St Pauls, alongside Chatterbox which is already being used to great effect. About Me and Resident Wishes are designed to enhance our residents lives and also help us get to know them better.
About Me books are unique to each resident and are displayed in every room. They are filled with invaluable information for our team members such as residents likes and dislikes, preferred time to get up in the mornings and go to bed at night, favourite foods and many other facts that can be used to ensure that our residents have the best living experience, every day, no matter who is on duty.
Resident Wishes is all about making wishes come true. If a resident has a wish, they are encouraged to jot it down on to a 'wish tag' which is then hung on our beautiful wish tree. Each week, a wish is selected and we do our very best to make it come true.
At Westgate Healthcare, we are committed to helping our residents live the best life they possibly can and are always seeking new ways to make this happen. About Me and Resident Wishes are currently being rolled out across all of our homes.
