Group Training Manager Awarded 5 Years Long Service

Maria, Group Training Manager, was awarded publicly for her five years of service at Westgate Healthcare’s Senior Managers Day.

In the month of May, all home managers and department managers gathered together at the Hilton, Borehamwood, for the ‘Senior Managers Team Event’, where Maria Fagen, Group Training Manager, was presented with the prestigious Long Service Award.

Maria Fagen received an accolade presented by Westgate Healthcare Directors Sanjiv and Tara to recognise her long service achievement and the positive impact she has made on the care group. During Maria’s long service presentation, she was gifted with flowers, wine and a Love to Shop voucher.

She passionately strives, on a daily basis, to empower the whole team across the group to provide quality care to our residents through her innovative training.  Maria truly embodies our Westgate values, and we are extremely lucky to have had her guide our teams for the last five years, and we look forward to seeing her continue to challenge care standards over the next five years.”

The presentation was followed by personal appreciation gifts to all the other attendees, including a box of chocolates and a ‘Thank You’ recognition card with a personalised message from Deborah Christian, Chief Operating Officer.
