Westgate Healthcare Launches New E-Learning Platform

We are proud to announce the rollout of our new training platform, e-Learning For You (eLFY). Always aiming to be at the forefront of improvements in the sector, Westgate chose the platform for its many benefits, including app-based training, new and improved courses and access to e-competency assessments to support an effective training programme. With a firm belief in the importance of investing in our staff,  we’re delighted to be able to offer employees more training and development opportunities, a more user-friendly platform, and ultimately contribute to high staff retention levels and excellent care delivery for our residents.

E-Learning For You offers unique functions across its platform, including a translate function, to support those whose first language is not English, and events calendar booking system, making its courses accessible and engaging. Training courses are also interactive, user friendly and tailored to the training requirements of different job roles.

In addition to e-learning, we continue to invest in face-to-face training, mentoring, supervision and practical competency assessments for our team, to ensure they are given the best possible all-round support for learning and development.
