Kingfisher scores 10/10 on www.carehome.co.uk

Congratulations to Kingfisher Nursing Home for achieving a record 10/10 review score from residents and their families on popular care seeker website www.carehome.co.uk. The new score, awarded in April 2021, makes Kingfisher the highest rated residential & nursing home in the Cheshunt area. The good news came shortly after the home successfully maintained its CQC Outstanding rating following a routine visit from the Care Quality Commission earlier this year.

Home Manager Daniela said “The feedback we receive from residents and their families is so valuable to us here at Kingfisher and we’re thrilled at the consistent five-star feedback we continue to receive after what has been a challenging year. All our staff work very hard to ensure we maintain the very highest standards of care and safety for our residents.”,

Kim, daughter of a resident at Kingfisher said “I cannot praise Kingfisher Nursing Home highly enough. Sadly, my dad had to go into a nursing home following a stroke and suffering from dementia. It was hard for us as a family and worrying when this happened, but we need not have done. The staff looked after our dad as well as we would have liked to look after him ourselves.
