Christmas Creativity Competition 2017!

We are delighted to announce the results of Westgate Healthcare’s Christmas Creativity Competition 2017!
We have received some wonderful entries this year and would like to thank all of our participants for the time and effort spent on these wonderful festive creations.

As always, it was very difficult to choose between the entries but the Head Office Team have decided on a winner and 2 runner ups:

First place goes to the residents of Kingfisher for their amazing team effort in creating Alfred the snowman! Alfred is made completely out of cups stapled together and felt and card were used for his hat, nose, eyes and buttons. Congratulations Kingfisher on lovely entry that certainly put a smile on all of our faces!

Second place goes to the residents of Ashview for their lovely ‘Christmas at Ashview’ scene. The recent snow was very appropriate and provided inspiration for this creation. It definitely inspires feelings of Christmas spirit… Well done Ashview!

Finally, third place goes to Westgate House who worked as a team to create a magical winter wonderland themed grotto. This has been created in the courtyard and the residents like to look at it out of their windows at night when it’s lit up. Well done Westgate House, very festive!

A big thank you to everyone who took part in the Christmas Creativity Competition this year, it really is a lovely way to bring us all together and get us in to the Christmas spirit! And special congratulations to Kingfisher, Ashview and Westgate House.
