Christmas Card Design Competition Winner 2022
Westgate Healthcare’s Christmas Creativity Competition 2022 has closed, and the image for our Christmas Card 2022 has been announced. Congratulations to everyone that entered.
Care Home provider, Westgate Healthcare, has announced the winner of their Christmas Creativity Competition 2022, revealing the winning home’s Yule log scene, which will appear on the front cover of the 2022 corporate Christmas card.
Groupwide, homes were challenged to design, bake and decorate a classic chocolate Yule Log and display it amongst an appropriate winter scene of their choice. For inclusivity, homes were asked to include as many residents and team members to be part of the activity, whether it be idea generation, baking or decorating or assisting with the display production.
The winning design was chosen via a Head Office voting process, whereby each home provided a comprehensive presentation, including final images of their entry, ensuring the winning design fulfilled the original project brief.
All homes that entered demonstrated their creativity, and the evidence provided showcased the enthusiasm and enjoyment both residents and team members had with the task, capturing what Christmas is all about, having fun. The votes were close, with a tie for second and third place.
Many congratulations, Hampden Hall Care Centre, for the outstanding contribution by everyone involved in meticulously planning, organising and constructing all the individual components for the winning Christmas Card design!
