Our teams record information on portable digital devices. This works in a similar way to an app on a smartphone and it allows staff to update care notes in real time. This creates accurate and accessible records that support safer and more responsive care.
Digital care management systems helps our teams analyse information more efficiently. It also highlights changes quickly, which means staff can act sooner and tailor support to each resident’s needs. Because the systems streamline recording and communication, staff gain more time to spend with residents.
