Hampden Hall Care Centre is a 120 bedded care home with a lively atmosphere where we support elderly residents with a variety of care and nursing needs. We have a great reputation and the home is located within a delightful residential development in Weston Turville, approximately 1.8 miles from Aylesbury town centre in Buckinghamshire.
The Role:
We are looking for Registered Nurses who can lead their shift and supervise and develop the care team to support the delivery of high quality and individualised care to our elderly residents. You will build close relationships with your residents, championing their safety, dignity and well-being, and act as a role model in the delivery of excellent medical, physical and emotional care. The post holder will also be responsible for carrying out Nursing duties associated with the role, including medication management, wound management, care reviews and audits.
You will act as a Named Nurse for your own group of residents, assess resident needs, produce effective risk assessments and care plans, keep relevant records up to date and develop the plan of care as required according to changing care needs.
In this post you will be required to work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation.
