We have partnered with online training platform e-Learning For You (eLFY) to ensure we are at the forefront of improvements in our sector. We have chosen the platform for its many benefits, including app-based training, new and improved courses and access to e-competency assessments to support an effective training programme.

What is e-Learning For You (eLFY)?

eLFY is an online training platform developed by The Access Group. ‘eLearning For You’ gives carers access to relevant, up to date and engaging course content, boasting interactive features and ‘on-the-go’ training functionalities, so that staff can fit training around their role. The courses are designed to promote efficient, flexible and engaging learning, to promote a high quality of care service within the sector.

Our staff are able to log in from a user-friendly platform and complete mandatory and personalised care training pathways, uniquely designed for each job role here at Westgate Healthcare!

e-Learning supports independent learning, as the courses come in a number of different languages and include Dyslexia Aid, supporting members of the team living with Dyslexia.
