Our staff are what make Westgate Healthcare so special, and that’s why finding high quality care staff with the right values and behaviours is so important to us.

Westgate Healthcare has started to roll out a new employee referral app called Care Friends that allows staff to share jobs easily with their contacts and gain points in the process.

Download the App in Three Simple Steps:

1. Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store

2. Type ‘Care Friends’ ine the search bar to find the App

3. Click ‘GET’ (Apple) or ‘INSTALL’ (Android) and once this is done you are ready to install

If you work for Westgate Healthcare and you would like the company registration code or further details on how Care Friends can benefit you, talk to your Care Friends Champion or your Home Manager.
