Through each of our homes we aim to provide a safe and homely environment where the unique needs of each service user are recognised and skilled staff are available to provide them with care and support in a manner that encourages self determination, maintains dignity and enables each individual to live life to their full potential.

We determine a personalised programme of care for each service user upon entering one of our homes. This is done in consultation with the service user and we always encourage the involvement of relatives and guardians as appropriate. The care plan is updated regularly and ensures that all of the service user’s needs are met and catered for, and this is done in a way by which their fundamental rights as a citizen are maintained.

We place great importance on the regular training of all of our staff to ensure that they are competent to meet the care needs of each of our service users. We also maintain a comprehensive quality assurance programme to regularly monitor the standard of the services we offer in our homes.

Each of our homes has its own distinct character which is created by its location, size, services offered and most importantly by the residents and staff.
